The Primal Strength Monster Series Hip Thrust Floor GHD is a heavy-duty dual machine designed for exercises for your posterior chain and as an adjustable height support pad for hip thrusts. The heavy duty frame will safely support the strongest of hip thrusters and any trainer doing weighted Nordic/Hamstring Curls.
The design allows athletes of any height to set up at the correct height and position and with 8 band peg holders per side means power bands can be set for both thrusts and posterior chain work.
The frame is backed with a lifetime warranty and the commercial pads come with a one-year warranty.
