At Best Gym Equipment we deliver worldwide, our international delivery rates are based on product dimensions x product weight x destination. Depending on those specifications, we can either deliver using the following services: FedEx for products up to 25kg or single-double pallets for heavier and larger machines.

International Shipping costs applied to your order are estimates generated by our website. These prices are subject to change once we receive official shipping costs from our shipping partners.
We apply UK VAT to all countries in the EU, except when they are registered for VAT in their country, in order to have a VAT deduction on your purchase please submit your EU VAT that checks out on the following website EUROPA Site - Customs Union.
Exchanges or Returns
By law, customers in the UK have the statutory right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel their order (prior to shipment) for any item purchased on the Best Gym Equipment website or over the telephone, for a full refund.
In addition, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an order within a seven working days 'cooling off period' after the delivery of the item. Items must be returned to BEST GYM EQUIPMENT at the customers expense in their original packaging and in perfect 'saleable' order -- BEST GYM EQUIPMENT reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
We regret that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept order cancellations of certain products where the products have been 'unsealed' -- such products include heart rate monitors, power breathes, shoes and boxing bags and accessories. Exceptions also apply to all 'custom made', 'bespoke' and 'refurbished' equipment purchased.
In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you require a Returns Reference Code and authorisation from a member of BEST GYM EQUIPMENT staff. To obtain this, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org (this email address is being protected from spambots). We will review and where appropriate, authorize your query and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return.
Returns will only be accepted with a valid Returns Reference code and prior approval from BEST GYM EQUIPMENT. Any promotional items received when purchasing the goods that are to be returned must also be returned or paid for in full. Any gifts that are received without your prior knowledge may be kept with our compliments. We recommend using a registered service when returning any items to us. Please note -- any customer, who refuses to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. In addition, the customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by BEST GYM EQUIPMENT. View Our Terms Change of heart Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise, we will not be able to refund you.
We will happily provide a Freepost envelope so that you can return small items at no cost. We will not refund your postage costs if you return items at your own cost without first requesting a Freepost envelope. For larger items (eg: treadmills) we can arrange collection for you and there may be a cost although this will be discussed with you before arranging the collection. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery.
All products sold on both our websites and in-store are covered by a full manufacturers' warranty. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as by-product. Customers should refer to the product-specific user manual or speak to a member of the sales team for details of individual product warranties. Please be aware that home-use products are not suitable for use in commercial locations. Use of home-use products outside of the home may invalidate your warranty.
In regards to the Warranty on international orders, not all products are fully covered on international shipments, all products are covered by warranty directly with the Manufacture, in the case of an international order, the warranty will be only available with the manufacture of the country of origin of the order, to activate your warranty, the damaged or faulty parts need to be sent to the Manufacture (country of origin). The customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by BEST GYM EQUIPMENT in order to return the product or the parts for replacement, for further clarifications please contact one of our sales team.
Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund prior at any time before the order has been shipped. However should a customer wish to cancel their order after the end of 7 days cooling off period, the customer is liable for any delivery costs incurred by BEST GYM EQUIPMENT. Custom orders (that involve equipment ordered or manufactured specifically for you) might incur cancellation and restocking charges. Any restocking charges will be discussed with you and we will always try to avoid these costs for you. The key is to try to let us know of your intention to cancel as early as you can.
A BEST GYM EQUIPMENT gift voucher entitles the bearer up to the printed amount worth of products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative or change is given.
