Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Switch and Maestro debit cards.
Q. Can I order by phone rather than on your site?
Of course! You can call our sales line where we will answer all of your questions and take payment over the phone. Alternatively, you can place your order on our website. Payment on our site is 100% secure but do call us and order over the phone if you prefer. Please note that for finance payments, you will have to submit your order through our website as you will need to be redirect to our finance company secure website to complete the finance application or call us requesting a Finance Form and we will send you one straight away.
Q. Is online payment secure?
Our payment system is completely safe and secure. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sage Pay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL ceritificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass through us can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Is it Possible to get a Discount?

Yes, we are delighted to offer a discount to our customers. We match every single price, as long as you can provide us with a link to the original price. The discount will vary depending on the quantity and the type of products required so email us your requirement and we will provide you with a competitive quote.
Q. Is there a discount available on delivery for more than 1 item?
Delivery for your order is automatically discounted when you add your items to the basket - We offer free delivery for all items above £200 and for those product below £200 we have a minimium charge of £9.50.
What About Delivery?
Q. Can I pick up the goods myself?
Yes, you can, if you wish to collect the item yourself, please give us a call and we will let you know when your product will be available for collection.
Q. Do you deliver at weekends?
We do not offer this as part of our standard delivery, however, we do have a weekend delivery service. If you do wish to receive your product at the weekend, please give us a call at 01373 480 430 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver Worldwide. Please contact us by email or phone for international shipping costs. We will research your requirements and provide you with our most competitive rate.
Q. How will my delivery be arranged?
You will be contacted by a customer service agent to advise the days on which we deliver to your area and work out when delivery is most suitable. If you are unavailable, a courier will contact you to advise a later delivery date.
I live outside the UK, Do I have to pay VAT?

Q. What are your lead times?
Lead times vary according to the products you choose, however, we endeavour to get your item to you as soon as possible and will contact you via phone or email if we are expecting the item to take longer. All lead times are approximate and can be found on each product page.
If you select an in-stock item, delivery will usually take from 4-7 days depending on the item and which country you are in.
Q. What if I need my purchases sooner than you are offering to deliver?
Sometimes we can source items sooner and will certainly try our best to meet your requirements. Give us a call or send us an email and we will see what we can do.
Q. Will all my items be delivered together?
Yes, we deliver all the items together so we can offer you discounted delivery on multiple items. The price of delivery is discounted when checking out. If you want an item that is in stock delivered quickly please purchase separately from the items that have to be manufactured to order.Please note that unless this procedure is followed, we will only send your items when all are ready for departure.
Q. Will I get a receipt?
Yes. We will send you an email confirming your order and the payment amount.
Q. Do the items sold on your website come with any sort of guarantee or warranty?
All products supplied have a manufacturer's warranty for UK consumers. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act.
Returns and Damaged Goods
Q. What happens if I decide I don't like the goods and want to return them?
This is perfectly fine as long as you contact us by phone within 7 days of receipt of the delivery of the product. We will provide a refund of the purchase price and the cost of delivery, howeverplease note that we do deduct a collection fee from the total refund sum.
Q. What can I do if my item arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, send us pictures and a description of the damage along with your order number to email@example.com. We will acknowledge your email and work out the best way to resolve the issue for you. Either a replacement part or a new item will be sent to you and we will arrange collection of the damaged product if necessary. Please note that damages are rare due to the care taken in the packaging and transit of our goods.
