The distance between pedals is reduced, and the three possible positions for the handlebars, contribute to the 'real road' workout experience from this bike.
The 500i console is the stripped back version of the 700i model, the 500i allows you to set your target by time, distance or calories, there's nothing more complicated than that. The other main difference between the two models is that the 500i does not have built in Heart Rate hand sensors but is Polar chest strap compatible.
