Get ready to sweat with the 24 levels of resistance! During your training, the coach automatically adjusts the resistance of your Trainer E14, so you can stay perfectly focused on your effort. You can also decrease the intensity or increase your effort in 1 touch and regain control.
Target your muscles during exercise
Add a level of intensity to your workout and target all your muscles. With the ramp incling up to 20°, you can optimize your training and activate different muscle groups.
Easy storage
We know finding room to store your fitness equipment can be tricky, that's why the Trainer E14 has transport wheels, so you can easily move it around before and after your workout.
Track your results
All your workout astats are displayed on the 14" HD touchscreen of your Trainer E14. You can also place a touchscreen tablet on the included support to take advantage of the entire iFIT library and follow your coach to the 4 corners of the world!
