The Primal Strength Yoke Rack is the perfect solution for Strongman competitions or for anyone looking for an all-in-one rack solution.
Featuring two j-hooks to mount a bar to allow you to squat, press or bench just like any rack, or load up the the pins with Olympic weight plates to carry, push or drag. The Primal Strength Yoke Rack also features an adjustable crossbar which enables you to adjust the height depending on what exercise you are performing, from a basic Yoke Carry to a Zercher Carry/Squat. There is no limit to the the exercises you can perform on the Primal Strength Yoke Rack.
