With their unique design, you can create a dumbbell weight from 2kg up to 20kg - meaning they can be used for a wide range of exercises for users of all levels. A smooth adjustment mechanism that is a twist of the handle when they are in the cradle, gives you ease of use rather than knobs, catches or levers.
Replacing the dumbbell back in the cradles allows you to then select the weight you want through a twist of the handle itself. That's it - no drama, no pins and no knobs to 'dial in'. This means the dumbbells can create the following increments:
Kgs: 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 and 20kg
