It is a heavy-duty, hardened-chrome bar, covered with 4 premium-rubber grips. The revolving bar reduces stress on the user’s wrists whilst the rubber handles have a medium-knurl, ergo-grip, which ensures users can utilise maximum weights without their hands slipping from the handles.
