Q: Is the M5(i) Strider different from other elliptical machines?
A: Absolutely! The M5 features a drastically reduced footprint as compared to traditional ellipticals, and uses the same magnetic resistance system as our M Series cycles. That means the M5 Strider is also whisper-quiet, has extremely low maintenance needs and has no need for external power!
Q: What is the stride length on the M5(i)?
A: The M5 has a Stride length of around 13.5” (34.29 cm) with a more vertical emphasis than most elliptical machines. This aligns your body in a more upright position, targeting the glutes and elevating heart rate more effectively, giving you a more intense workout with the same smooth stroke.
Q: What is the height and weight limit on the M5(i) Strider?
A: The weight limit is 350 lbs / 159 kg, height limit is 4'10” - 6'10” / 1473 mm - 2082 mm.
Q: Can I train heart rate on Keiser M Series cardio?
