Escape Vertball (3kg - 10kg)
The Vertball has been specifically designed for throwing - to a partner or against a wall.
Because it’s oversized (with a diameter of 35cm) it works muscles from the feet right up to the hands, and develops coordination, balance acceleration and deceleration.
Use the Vertball in challenges against the clock. Introduce members to a CrossFit-style of training, inspired by the WOD. The wall ball exercise will develop members shoulder, core, leg and glute strength, and give them a true challenge.
STORAGEStore up to five Vertballs on the RACK5 to give your instructors and members quick access to the ball whenever they need it. The Vertballl Rack (pictured) holds four Vertballs.

All balls are equal in diameter (350mm) regardless of their weight – a weight that is extremely accurate thanks to the rubber granules that are poured and then hand compressed.
