The York FTS Power Cage offers all the same usability as a standard lifting cage or rack, but has been down sized so it can be used in a smaller environment
The major feature is the 23 position adjustable bar holders in 5cm increments, using the same adjustments are the full length Safety Spot Bars for when squatting or bench pressing
Double Bar Holders on the front uprights allows a secondary athlete to train in front of the cage whilst the inside of the cage is being used
With the multiple adjustments in bar holders and safety bars, its no wonder is such a hit with studios and minor sports clubs
A front mounted chin-up bar really makes this Power Cage a one stop training station

Optional Hi/Low Pulley attachment adds further versatility to the power rack, via a simple bolt-together add-on. This plate loaded attachment can be used with either 1" Standard weight plates or 2" Olympic cast plates (via the adapter sleeves, which can be purchased separately).

This premium attachment offers both a lateral pull down and low row function. Standard lat pull down and low row cable attachments are both included.
