This is the industry leading All-In-One Cybex Bravo Functional Trainer 'compact' version. This space saving strength training machine delivers on every level. Combining the best of selectorised and cable-based strength training in a unique patent-pending design, the Bravo Functional Trainer has two key features – the Progressive Stabilization Pad, which allows you to incrementally modify the stabilization provided and the Cable Width Adjustment, giving you a huge range of height and width configurations for cable use.

Cybex Bravo Functional Trainer
The Bravo is called a functional trainer, it's the combination of dual adjustable pulley, selectorised machine and pull up/hanging bar. Why is this called the Compact?
Designed to easily fit in to homes it has dimensions of 114cm in length, 137cm in width and 196cm in height - i.e. it's under 2m tall. This all helps it fit in to gyms that have space restrictions. If you have the additional head room, then the Bravo Advanced Tall is also an option.
What Is Progressive Stabilisation?
Through adjusting the height and/or horizontal position of the pad you can increase or decrease the stabilisation you have when doing your exercise.
So from unstabilised to complete stabilised you can either have the set up like a functional trainer or like a more traditional dual adjustable pulley. Adding in partial stability allows you to increase the difficulty of some exercises as much as you require. This can help you progress with your training.
